The 7787400 is a great energy-saving device because it automatically turns your fan on and off and sets the fan speed based on room temperature. Also, the timers allow you separately set the fan and light to run anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours each, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to turn them off and wasting energy. For additional assurance, a room-exit feature turns the light off three minutes after you leave the room. The remote also includes a full-range light dimmer for a customized lighting level and increased savings on your utility bill.

Wireless Remote Installs Easily
This remote control features wireless operation, so it requires no hard wiring, and it can be operated up to a distance of 50 feet. The 120-volt/60-hertz remote control installs quickly, even in pre-mounted fans, and it operates with four AAA batteries (not included). UL- and CUL-listed, and compatible with most ceiling fan brands, the 7787400 can handle a fan maximum of 1 amp and a lighting fixture maximum of 300 watts.
